About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Dietitian with existing experience and specialist knowledge of parenteral nutrition to work within our Trust. As a Senior Specialist Dietitian, you will be actively involved in clinical governance initiatives, CPD, and department activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide specialist dietetic care to patients with intestinal failure
  • Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of clinical guidelines and policies
  • Participate in research and audit activities to improve patient outcomes
  • Provide education and training to junior members of staff and students
Requirements
  • Four-year degree in Nutrition & Dietetics or equivalent
  • HCPC registered
  • Member of the British Dietetic Association (BDA) or equivalent association
  • Post-registration training in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy
  • Postgraduate study in specialist area of dietetics
