Apprenticeship Coach - Vehicle Mechanics
We are seeking an experienced Apprenticeship Coach to join our team at Atlas Recruitment Group Ltd. As an Apprenticeship Coach, you will work with various multi-functional teams to visit learners within their workplace, utilizing your vocational experience and knowledge in vehicle engineering to deliver learning, coach, and assess them to achieve their apprenticeship.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality apprenticeship training and coaching to learners in a workplace setting
- Assess learner progress and provide feedback to improve their skills and knowledge
- Work collaboratively with multi-functional teams to ensure effective delivery of apprenticeship programs
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with learners, employers, and other stakeholders
Requirements:
- Relevant industry-related qualification (minimum of level 3)
- Minimum 5 years' experience in an industry environment
- Demonstrates a high level of organisational skills
Desirable:
- Previous experience in an Army/Defence environment
- Certificate in Assessing Vocational Achievement/Education & Training
