Public Area Housekeeping Attendant – Maldron Hotel Liverpool City
We are excited to announce a new opportunity for a Public Area Housekeeping Attendant at the esteemed Maldron Hotel Liverpool City.

Located near the vibrant Liverpool waterfront, this 268-room hotel represents the first establishment in the city for Dalata Hotel Group, recognized as the fastest-growing hotel chain in the UK.

With a diverse range of accommodation options, a dynamic Meeting & Events offering, and a modern Bar designed to be a city hotspot, our hotel is poised to become a preferred destination for both leisure and business travelers.

We are in search of a motivated and skilled Public Area Cleaner who will embody our values and culture, contributing to an exceptional guest experience while supporting the team.

Role Objectives:

Reporting directly to the Accommodation Manager, the Public Area Housekeeping Attendant will carry out cleaning responsibilities throughout the hotel, ensuring that all communal spaces are kept to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of all public areas, including the lobby, bar, restaurant, staff areas, and lift lobby.
  • Ensure stairwells are clean and well-kept.
  • Oversee the cleanliness of the main hotel entrance and back entrance.
  • Identify and report any maintenance needs or issues.
  • Be flexible and willing to assist in other departments as needed.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in housekeeping or cleaning is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Attention to detail is essential.
  • A desire for personal and professional growth.
