Client Service Coordinator Opportunity

Rubicon Recruitment Agency is partnering with a well-established UK-based manufacturer of ventilation and ducting solutions to find an exceptional Client Service Coordinator.

This role is ideal for a detail-oriented individual with excellent customer service skills, who can guarantee consistency across all customer communications and ensure customers receive the best care throughout their purchasing journey.

As the Client Service Coordinator, your responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Managing the customer order process, including inbound and outbound calls, webchat and email enquiries, and managing customer expectations
  • Liaising with various teams to ensure smooth distribution processes, including order scheduling, managing lead times, and managing daily order allocations
  • Assisting various departments ensuring collaborative communication and providing appropriate documentation and relevant paperwork where required
  • Ensuring company standards are met and are in line with ISO regulations

Requirements for the role include:

  • Excellent customer service skills and an approachable, helpful manner
  • High attention to detail, leaving no stone unturned
  • Experience with Sage 50 or Sage 200 (Desirable)
  • Competency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
