  • Financial Management: Meet budgetary targets, monitor financial plans, and control direct costs to ensure the company's financial stability.
  • Strategic Planning: Set key objectives, develop tactical plans, and monitor expenditure and income to drive business growth.
  • Human Resources: Oversee staff recruitment, ensure accurate wage sheets, and conduct regular appraisals and grievances.
  • Customer Service: Respond to customer queries in a timely and professional manner, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with company Health and Safety policies, providing a safe working environment for staff.
