Network Development Director

De Beers Group of Companies is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Network Development Director to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the development and execution of our global network strategy, ensuring alignment with our business objectives and brand image.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and manage a consolidated global network development plan, including location, store typology, and commercial objectives.
- Partner with finance and commercial teams to track top-line and bottom-line results, informing and guiding action plan focus.
- Ensure De Beers re-enforces existing strong and strategic relationships with key landlords and landlord groups, supporting the brand's distribution plans.
- Review lease expirations and develop plans for renewals, relocations, and closures, analyzing the impact of these decisions.
- Partner with Group legal team to negotiate with landlords and resolve legal, lease, and renewal issues.
- Extensive experience in luxury brand retail expansion planning and execution, with a reputable retailer in the accessible luxury and hard luxury segment.
- Proven ability to read and analyze commercial dynamics of a business and units within.
- Strong knowledge of China and APAC retail landscape, with experience in brand retail go-to-market strategic planning.
- Excellent communication and partnership skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
