About the Role

The Churchill Estates Management Ltd is seeking an experienced Administrator to join our Administration team based in Ringwood, Hampshire. As an Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Property Transfer/Legal administration team and the wider administration function that supports our retired Homeowners and retirement developments across the UK.

The Administrator will be responsible for providing administration support for legal and operational teams, responding to email inboxes, liaising with solicitors, land registry, Homeowners, and their families. You will also be responsible for large-scale mail merges, sending correspondence to Homeowners/Lodges, and reception cover in the absence of the Receptionist.

The ideal candidate will have sound organisational skills, be flexible in their approach to support business needs, and have great communication and interpersonal skills. You will also be cheerful under pressure, enjoy working as part of a busy team, and be self-motivated, eager to learn, and ready to embrace new systems and challenges.
