We are seeking a highly skilled Returns Clerk to join our Operations team at Great Bear. As a key member of the Stock Team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and effective processing of all site returns and damages.
Key Responsibilities- Return Management: Effectively and accurately manage all returns, ensuring timely and efficient processing.
- Customer Claims: Record, investigate, and resolve customer claims, working to tight deadlines.
- Return Processing: Organize and process returns from customers, ensuring accuracy of stock and adherence to customer requirements.
- Reporting: Prepare daily and monthly reports, both internally and to customers, to ensure transparency and accountability.
- Inventory Control: Process all returned stock, from receipt to put away, including rework, to maintain accurate inventory levels.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure all returns are received at site and processed in line with customer requirements, and advise on any quality issues immediately.
- Expertise: Demonstrate a high level of expertise in a busy and demanding environment.
- Flexibility: Have a flexible and adaptable approach to working, particularly at peak periods during the year.
- Teamwork: Be able to cover other areas of the office teams as required.
- Time Management: Work to tight deadlines and manage time effectively to meet business requirements.
- Attention to Detail: Demonstrate a high level of attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all aspects of the role.
- Problem-Solving: Possess excellent problem-solving skills to resolve customer claims and other issues.
- Communication: Have excellent organizational and communication skills to work effectively with colleagues and customers.
- Technical Skills: Have good PC skills and knowledge of Microsoft packages, including Autostore.
