We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Manager to join our team at The Recruitment Co. as a Demolition Commercial Manager.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of commercial professionals to ensure the company's commercial interests are protected.
- Review and control costs, ensuring timely contract notices and cost assessments are completed.
- Draft and manage subcontract agreements, providing management reports as needed.
- Support other business departments with commercial issues, utilizing expertise in commercial management and quantity surveying.
- Proven experience in commercial management or quantity surveying, with a strong understanding of CVRs, cost reports, and contracts.
- Degree or equivalent in commercial management or quantity surveying.
- Excellent professional and respectful communication skills.
- A competitive salary of £60,000 per annum, plus a £550 per month car allowance or company car.
- A comprehensive pension scheme.
