Position Overview:
Our client, a prominent player in the manufacturing sector, is seeking a dedicated Health & Safety Administrator to support their Health & Safety division.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist management in the documentation, tracking, and maintenance of precise records.
- Conduct data entry, manage documentation, and oversee printing and filing tasks.
- Ensure the computerized Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) information systems and registers are consistently accurate and updated.
- Generate management reports as required.
- Manage the ordering, distribution, and storage of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and company uniforms, ensuring adequate supplies are maintained.
- Coordinate the calibration of equipment and keep accurate records.
- Support the development of quarterly HSE themes and campaigns.
- Assist in managing Occupational Health assessments and subcontractor verifications.
- Undertake any additional duties as assigned.
