Your Responsibilities Include:
- Oversee the procurement of vital automotive parts and services utilizing MRP systems to guarantee seamless production processes, timely deliveries, and budget adherence.
- Engage in negotiations with suppliers to secure competitive pricing and favorable terms while ensuring the highest quality components.
- Accelerate orders, address quality concerns, and maintain robust relationships with suppliers to support production timelines and product introductions.
- Collaborate with engineering, quality assurance, and logistics teams to foster continuous enhancements in the supply chain.
Desired Qualifications:
- Skilled Negotiator: Demonstrated capability to obtain optimal deals while balancing quality, cost, and lead times.
- Analytical Proficiency: Competence in MS Office, particularly Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables) and MS Project, with experience in an MRP/ERP-focused environment.
- Effective Problem Solver: A determined approach to overcoming supply chain challenges and ensuring superior component quality.
- Preferred: Proficiency in Mandarin, a significant advantage in managing global supplier relationships.
