Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Manager to join our team. As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in developing and executing lead-generating campaigns using advanced marketing automation technology.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement and manage campaigns across multiple channels, including paid advertising, email marketing, and social media.
  • Contribute to the development of annual marketing plans and assist in executing campaigns that align with these strategies.
  • Oversee the creation and optimization of web pages, landing pages, and data capture forms to improve the user experience and drive conversions.
  • Test and optimize customer journeys, reporting on deliverables, adjusting strategies, managing costs, and maximizing ROI.
  • Utilize data and analytics to guide content, campaigns, and creative outputs, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a digital marketing role.
  • Proficiency with analytics tools and Content Management Systems.
  • Expertise in customer segmentation and campaign performance analysis.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent time management and ability to juggle multiple tasks effectively.
