Work Schedule: 37 hours per week (on a structured four-week rota)

We are seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as a Overnight Care Specialist.

Join our dedicated workforce at a secure children's facility, where we provide comprehensive care, education, and health services for children aged 11-17 who require a safe and supportive environment. Our team is committed to ensuring the wellbeing of these children.

Your role will involve collaborating with a diverse team to monitor and provide care during overnight hours for children with complex needs, ensuring their health, safety, and overall wellbeing.

No formal qualifications are necessary; we will equip you with the essential training and support for the role, along with opportunities for personal and professional growth.

Our overnight shifts typically run from 21:30 onwards. If you wish to discuss shift arrangements, please reach out to us.
