About the Role

The University of Cambridge is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to support the Student Data Manager in the enrolment of students, provision of essential services, and monitoring of data quality. The successful candidate will have experience in providing accurate and timely administrative services, particularly in the Higher Education sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Student Data Manager in the enrolment of students and provision of essential services such as library cards.
  • Monitor data quality and report on all aspects of student data for both matriculated and non-matriculated students.
  • Ensure accurate and timely statistical reporting of student data for internal and external purposes.

Requirements

  • Experience in providing accurate, responsive, and timely administrative services, especially customer-facing and ideally within the Higher Education sector.
  • Excellent organisational skills, and the ability to plan and prioritise your own workload.
  • Excellent IT skills, including proficiency in Word, Excel, and databases, and an ability to input data quickly and accurately.
  • Knowledge of the University of Cambridge and of the University's student database, CamSIS (although not essential and training will be given).
