About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Kitchen Porter to join our team at Las Iguanas. As a Kitchen Porter, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our kitchen, ensuring that our chefs have a safe and efficient working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Clean and sanitize all areas used for meal preparation, including ovens, grills, sinks, and stoves.
  • Unload food and equipment deliveries and ensure they are stored in the correct areas.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of work surfaces, floors, and walls.
  • Assist chefs with food preparation, such as peeling and washing.
  • Keep freezers, fridges, and storage areas clean and organized.
