About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Catering Assistant to join our team at Impact Food Group. As a Catering Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving food, and maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation and serving of food and snacks to customers
  • Work as part of a team to provide a friendly and efficient service
  • Maintain a clean and tidy kitchen and restaurant area
  • Assist with food preparation and presentation
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer queries

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a catering or food service environment
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team and maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekdays and occasional weekends
