About the Role
DAS UK Group is seeking a skilled Claims Handler to contribute to our market-leading legal expenses insurance provision. Our claims department is at the heart of our operations, and we're looking for individuals who can deliver exceptional customer service and go the extra mile for our customers.
The successful candidate will use their excellent customer service skills to manage a diverse range of claims, providing clear, concise, and accurate information to our customers, business partners, and internal customers. They will also develop their knowledge of DAS products and policies to become an expert in assessing and identifying claims, and managing appointments of litigators and solicitors where necessary.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a diverse range of claims, with a focus on providing excellent customer service to our customers.
- Oversee the customer experience throughout the claim life-cycle from first point of contact to investigating evidence and making informed decisions on claims outcomes, displaying empathy and compassion throughout.
- Provide clear, concise, and accurate information to our customers, business partners, and internal customers.
- Quickly develop your knowledge of DAS products and policies to become an expert in assessing and identifying claims, and managing appointments of litigators and solicitors where necessary.
