About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Project Manager to join our team at Legal & General Affordable Homes. As a key member of our delivery team, you will be responsible for managing the successful delivery of medium/large projects, driving business change and shaping the future of housing for our business, partners and customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and manage project plans and schedules, ensuring accurate estimates of cost, time and resource requirements.
  • Support the Project Sponsor in identifying strategic objectives and ensuring alignment with organisational best practice.
  • Plan and control finances and budgets for change initiatives, ensuring effective resource allocation.
  • Lead discovery and design workshops to drive successful execution of projects, fostering collaboration and influencing stakeholders.
  • Develop and apply quality management and governance structures, defining clear roles, responsibilities and accountabilities for delivery of change initiative activities.
  • Report on progress to relevant project boards and governance forums, ensuring transparency and accountability.
  • Act as a role model, fostering excellent team spirit and providing vision and purpose for the delivery team.
Requirements
  • Previous experience of delivering medium/large, strategic projects, with a proven track record of success.
  • Ability to manage concurrent projects successfully from inception to closure, with excellent time management and prioritisation skills.
  • Understanding of Project & Change Management methodologies, including Agile, Waterfall, SCRUM and PROSCI ADKAR.
  • Experience working with technology platforms, particularly Salesforce, within a business change context.
  • Desirable experience working in the Affordable Housing / Housing Management sector.
  • Exceptional communication, relationship building and management skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate and influence stakeholders at all levels.
