About the Role

Offsite Archive Storage & Integrated Services (UK) LTD is seeking a highly detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Data Preparation and Scanning Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for the daily activity of preparing and scanning client data under the supervision of the Operations Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities
  • Preparation of items for scanning, ensuring all necessary documentation is complete and accurate.
  • Scanning and quality control of hardcopy data using A4/A3 and large format scanners, adhering to company standards and procedures.
  • Rebuilding files post-scanning, ensuring all data is accurately and efficiently processed.
  • Input of data in a timely and accurate manner, utilizing strong IT skills and attention to detail.
  • Identification of opportunities for process improvements and implementation of changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Communication of any issues or concerns to the Scanning Supervisor, ensuring prompt resolution and minimal disruption to operations.
  • Adherence to all company policies and relevant data protection legislation, ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of client and company data.
Requirements
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established procedures.
  • Positive attitude, with a strong work ethic and reliability.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on meeting project deadlines.
