Job Title: Functional Assessor

Reactive Recruitment is seeking a skilled and experienced Functional Assessor to join our team. As a Functional Assessor, you will play a crucial role in helping the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) make informed decisions about health and care.

About the Role:
  • Write comprehensive reports to support the DWP's decision-making process.
  • Utilize your clinical expertise to provide valuable recommendations.
  • Participate in a 12-week training program, with options for flexible working arrangements.
  • Enjoy a competitive starting salary of £38,500, with opportunities for salary increases and bonuses.
  • Potential career growth into roles such as team manager, clinical trainer, or quality auditor.
Requirements:
  • One year of post-registration experience as a nurse, occupational therapist, physiotherapist, or paramedic.
  • Fully registered with the relevant professional body, with a valid PIN.
  • Excellent observational, communication, and IT skills.
  • A valid driving license or reliable transportation to the nearest assessment center.
  • Successful completion of government baseline personnel security vetting.
