As a key member of our team, you will be working on a variety of high-profile projects, including large-scale development consent orders, compulsory acquisitions, and strategic planning advice. **What We're Looking For**

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled planning lawyer with a strong background in infrastructure and environmental work. You will have a minimum of 3+ years post-admission experience gained within a planning team, and a proven track record of delivering high-quality advice and results.

**Requirements**

  • Legal qualification with 3+ years post-admission experience
  • Knowledge of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990
  • Experience of planning agreements and highway agreements
  • Ability to handle inquiries, examinations, and judicial reviews relating to planning matters
  • Knowledge and experience of Environmental Impact Assessments (EIA)
