Your primary focus will be on driving category and territory growth in-line with our licensing and consumer products strategy, approving deal memos, and seeing deals through from contract to delivery. You will work closely with our agent network in the territory to ensure that licenses, partners, and agents have all the relevant information they need to secure, manage, and execute deals.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage the global licensing and consumer products program in Asia
* Drive category and territory growth in-line with our licensing and consumer products strategy
* Approve deal memos and see deals through from contract to delivery
* Work closely with our agent network in the territory

Requirements:

* Experience of managing licensing and consumer product programs, ideally for character brands, either in Asia or internationally
* Experience of managing agents and understanding how they operate
* Good understanding of the entire licensing process, including negotiating and contracting deals, financial forecasting, production approvals, and financial reporting
* Good people skills and ability to work effectively with our team and external partners
