Account Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager to join our team at Bucks and Berks Recruitment. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for cultivating and sustaining strong client partnerships, proactively exploring new avenues for our service, and generating new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:- Cultivate and sustain strong client relationships by providing exceptional customer service and building trust with our clients.
- Proactively explore new business opportunities by identifying and pursuing new leads, and developing strategic plans to grow our client base.
- Meet and exceed sales targets by consistently delivering high-quality results and exceeding client expectations.
- Provide first-class customer service by responding promptly to client inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Support our silent auction service by managing and coordinating events, and providing exceptional customer service to clients and customers.
- Self-motivated and results-driven with a proven track record of success in sales and account management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in handling multiple clients and projects with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Previous account management experience is highly desirable, but not essential.
- Competitive salary ranging from £25,000 to £35,000 depending on experience.
- Uncapped commission and bonus scheme with a first-year OTE of £40,000 to £50,000.
- 20 days holiday with an additional day added each year, capped at 25 days.
