Land and Partnerships Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Land and Partnerships Manager to join our team in the South Midlands region. As a key member of our function, you will play a crucial role in supporting the delivery of our regional business plan and land acquisition strategy.
Key Responsibilities- Source, manage, and progress land and partnership opportunities to facilitate delivery of the growth plans.
- Identify, assess, pursue, and progress potential land and partnership opportunities suitable for the business.
- Lead and supervise on bid submissions and take ownership of legal agreement negotiations on projects.
- Develop and motivate team members to support the growth of the business.
- Proven industry experience in planning and land acquisition.
- Embodies our Keepmoat values: creative, resilient, collaborative, passionate, and straightforward.
- Strong negotiating and influencing skills, with experience in developing strategies and influencing senior decision makers.
- Ability to manage effectively across functional teams and take a customer-focused approach.
