**Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Operations Director to join our team in Canterbury. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the effective and efficient operational running of our clinic activities, working closely with the Head of Clinical Logistics. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the growth and development of our organization.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and line manage a team of clinic coordinators, promoting a culture of progression, recognition, and reward.
  • Participate in the review and improvement of clinical operational systems and processes, ensuring alignment with our quality improvement strategy.
  • Monitor feedback and assist with investigations of complaints, non-conformances, and adverse incidents.
  • Collaborate with the Business Intelligence team to obtain and analyze key data and metrics, ensuring effective management of operational processes.
  • Forecast recruitment needs and ensure adequate clinician capacity to meet business and contractual targets.
  • Work with the Head of Clinical Logistics and Facilities Manager to locate and mobilize new clinic locations.
  • Ensure clinical equipment is on site and maintained to a high standard.
  • Monitor and review clinician compliance with internal protocols and procedures.

**Requirements:

  • Demonstrable awareness of neurodevelopmental conditions, with an understanding of autism and ADHD assessments.
  • Ability to collate, present, and interpret data.
  • Understanding of private and NHS healthcare structure and systems across the UK.
  • Confidence in presenting information and data to the wider team.
  • Ability to enhance business development and create growth strategies.
