Pin Point Recruitment is a leading provider in the fabrication of windows, doors, curtain walling, and furniture in the South.

As our teams expand and order volumes increase, we are looking for a qualified individual to join our workforce on a permanent basis.


Role Summary:

We are in search of a skilled Order Processing Specialist who can seamlessly integrate into our organization and begin contributing effectively with minimal onboarding.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in order processing, design, fabrication, or project coordination and management, particularly with Reynaers Aluminium and Cortizo systems.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all facets of order processing, from securing sales to ensuring product dispatch from the factory.
  • Provide technical guidance and resolve design challenges for specified and fabricated products.
  • Supervise individual and multi-plot housing projects, ensuring customer satisfaction and timely order fulfillment.
  • Coordinate product design, capacity planning, and financial aspects of contracts.
  • Generate and oversee all necessary documentation, including purchase orders and custom parts procurement.
  • Utilize software tools such as First Degree Window Designer, Reynapro, LogiKal, and AutoCAD 2D for effective project management.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in order processing, design, fabrication, project coordination, or project management.
  • Proficient in working with Reynaers Aluminium and Cortizo systems.
  • Familiarity with various types of windows, doors, curtain walling, and glass roofing, primarily in aluminium; experience with timber and UPVC is advantageous.
  • Proven history of delivering exceptional client service throughout the contract establishment and product delivery process.
  • Strong skills in professional relationship management and customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to commute to Orpington is essential; relocation before starting work is preferred.

Preferred Experience:
  • 1 year of order processing experience.
  • 3 years of experience with First Degree Window Designer.
  • 3 years of experience with ReynaPro/LogiKal.
  • SSSTS/CSCS certification is preferred.
