Female Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Female Support Worker to join our team at Walsingham Support. As a valued member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care and support to individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and other complex needs.
Key Responsibilities- Provide person-centred support to individuals, promoting their independence and well-being.
- Assist with daily living tasks, including personal care, meal preparation, and housekeeping.
- Support individuals to engage in activities and participate in their communities.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a high-quality and well-maintained environment.
- Favourable working hours, including part-time roles and bank positions.
- 28 days annual leave, rising up to 38 days depending on length of service.
