We are seeking a skilled Residential Services Coordinator to join our dedicated team at The Oyster Partnership. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of housing services and providing exceptional support to our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage and maintain the administration systems and databases for the housing team.
2. Provide comprehensive administrative assistance, including utilizing IT applications, taking minutes, conducting mail merges, and maintaining filing systems.
3. Support the management of a centralized document storage system for electronic files.
4. Oversee the processes related to vacant properties.
5. Accurately update and maintain reports and spreadsheets concerning void properties.
6. Coordinate the allocation and management of voids within the housing team.
7. Prepare necessary documentation for new resident sign-ups.
8. Handle urgent relocations and internal transfers.
9. Manage end-of-tenancy procedures, including the return of credits to residents and archiving records.
10. Provide assistance at the reception desk as needed.
This position offers flexible working arrangements, with two days per week designated for office attendance.
