Job Title: Group Reservations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Group Reservations Coordinator to join our team at Cottons Hotel & Spa. As a key member of our reservations team, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with clients, agents, and internal teams to drive sales and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Liaise with agents to handle group and tour enquiries across all hotels
  • Support with group reservation handling and administration
  • Provide accurate and timely responses to clients, agents, and internal teams
  • Input all group bookings into the PMS and ensure follow-ups are made
  • Develop strong relationships with clients and agents to drive sales and revenue growth
  • Convert enquiries into bookings and manage the administrative processes of each booking
  • Track and report on enquiries taken and highlight potential sales leads
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and reservations software proficiency
Requirements:
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a professional and approachable manner
  • A self-motivated individual with the ability to work on their own initiative and as part of a team
  • A positive attitude and willingness to help and assist others and the demands of the business
  • A flexible approach with the ability to work 5 days over 7, including weekends and evenings as required
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multi-task and have a high level of attention to detail
  • Competence in Microsoft Office and experience of Opera or Reslynx is preferred
