Key Responsibilities:- Provide administrative support to the Middlesbrough Branch, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing correspondence.
- Manage and maintain accurate records, including customer information, sales data, and financial reports.
- Assist with payroll procedures, including processing payments and managing employee data.
- Apply company QA procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
- General office and finance administration experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic understanding of accounts administration procedures, including creditors and debtors, general and sales ledger.
- Computer literate with experience of customer relations software.
- Secondary school education.
- NVQ Level 2 in Administration or similar.
- AAT qualification.
