Lead Scrum Master Opportunity

At Northrop Grumman UK, we're shaping the technology and solutions of tomorrow to solve complex challenges. As a Lead Scrum Master, you'll play a critical role in our mission to protect national security through agile product development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the adoption and application of lean-agile practices within teams and the wider organisation through coaching, mentoring, and facilitating.
  • Act as a servant-leader and facilitator to support teams in the day-to-day operation of their lean-agile practices or work with several teams in an advisory/coaching and assurance capacity.
  • Lead on the identification of training and development needs for the team as a whole and for individual team members as required.
  • Support teams or individuals to improve performance and achieve goals through training, coaching, and mentoring.
Requirements:
  • Practical experience of servant-leadership in agile teams.
  • Thorough knowledge of agile principles, practices, and methods, particularly Scrum.
  • Holds an advanced Scrum Master certification.
  • Experience of Agile Coaching or qualifications including ICP-ATF, ICP-ACC, or ICE-AC.
