Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Aftermarket Senior Parts & Service Consultant to join our Sales, Marketing, Servicing & Parts (SMSP) Aftermarket team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth objectives and profitability through ownership of multiple categories of parts. Your expertise will be crucial in identifying, evaluating, and developing initiatives that align with our organization's goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze company profiles and operations to develop and align marketing strategies with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Conduct market and competitive research to identify new opportunities and industry trends.
  • Establish metrics to monitor and review the effectiveness of existing marketing strategies, suggesting necessary interventions for improvement.
  • Maintain effective internal communications in the marketing department to discuss and align marketing strategies with changing organizational scenarios.
  • Lead projects that support our organizational strategy.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in customer-focused roles, with knowledge of values and practices that align customer needs and satisfaction as primary considerations in all business decisions.
  • Strategic thinking, with the ability to apply organizational acumen and competitiveness to identify and maintain focus on key success factors for the organization.
  • Problem-solving skills, with knowledge of approaches, tools, and techniques for recognizing, anticipating, and resolving organizational, operational, or process problems.
  • Consulting skills, with knowledge of techniques, roles, and responsibilities in providing technical or business guidance to clients, both internal and external.
  • Effective communication skills, with the ability to effectively transmit, receive, and accurately interpret ideas, information, and needs through the application of appropriate communication behaviors.

What We Offer

  • A competitive salary range of £60,000 - £74,000, depending on experience.
  • A comprehensive benefits package, including 25 days annual leave, up to 18% bonus, cash car allowance, contributory pension scheme, and contributory share scheme.
