Job Title: Automotive Centre Manager

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Automotive Centre Manager to join our team at Recruited UK. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our training centres in the region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the overall operations of the training centre, ensuring a high level of service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Lead and motivate a team of centre staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their roles effectively.
  • Develop and implement centre policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
  • Manage centre resources, including staff, facilities, and equipment, to ensure efficient and effective use.
  • Monitor and report on centre performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a centre management or operations role, preferably in a training or education environment.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with staff, customers, and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work.
  • GCSE maths and English A-C or equivalent.
