Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Analyst to join our team. As a Business Analyst, you will play a key role in driving business growth and improving operational efficiency by analyzing business needs and developing technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with business sponsors, subject matter experts, and software development teams to build and enhance business process and reporting software.
  • Work with product management and business stakeholder analysis teams to develop technology solutions to business needs.
  • Elicit, shape and document software development requirements while maintaining a strong functional knowledge of applications.
  • Respond to user requests for training and problem solving on existing systems.
  • Act as the liaison between business staff and technical staff communicating issues, defects, and enhancements to the development teams.
  • Create and maintain documentation of new project processes and deliverables including requirements, testing documentation and issues logs.
  • Roll out new system enhancements to system users meeting training needs.
  • Manage small software developments through lifecycle to production release.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as business analyst working on customer-facing business applications that are both data heavy and customer-focused.
  • Proficiency in a MS Windows environment (i.e. Word & Excel).
  • Strong experience with project management methodologies and have managed small projects through the development lifecycle to production release.
  • Bachelor's degree or relevant experience.
