Management Accountant Opportunity

Hays PLC is seeking a skilled Management Accountant to join their Finance team in Dumfries. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing management accounts to trial balance for 3 group businesses, processing accruals and prepayments, and assisting the Finance Manager with ad hoc reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparation of management accounts to trial balance for 3 group companies
  • Processing accruals and prepayments
  • Intercompany transfers
  • Reconciliation
  • Balance sheet reporting
  • Preparation of the quarterly VAT returns and submission
  • Payroll cover for holidays and sickness
  • Assisting the Finance Manager with ad hoc reporting

What You'll Get:

Full-time permanent role Monday to Friday 8.30-5pm
