About Us: Sam's Gutters & Roofs Ltd is a leading roofing company renowned for delivering top-notch roofing solutions to residential and commercial customers across Greater London. With years of experience in the industry, we pride ourselves on exceptional service and innovative roofing solutions. As we continue to grow, we are expanding our sales team to meet increasing demand and provide outstanding service to our clients. We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated, and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic residential sales team. In this role, you will engage with leads, build strong relationships, and close sales to drive our business growth. This is an exciting opportunity for a sales professional passionate about customer service and eager to succeed in a rewarding industry. After completing the initial training period, you will be eligible for our uncapped Sales Bonus Pool. We cannot consider overseas applications. Key Responsibilities:
* Handle inquiries and provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
* Calculate costs and book jobs using our CRM and scheduling system.
* Provide accurate quotations and communicate with customers via email and phone.
Qualifications:
* Previous sales experience with customer communication via email and phone.
* Knowledge of the construction/roofing industry is desirable but not essential; full training and ongoing support provided.
* Proficient computer skills, including email and accurate quotation writing.
