In this role, you will engage with leads, build strong relationships, and close sales to drive our business growth. This is an exciting opportunity for a sales professional passionate about customer service and eager to succeed in a rewarding industry. After completing the initial training period, you will be eligible for our uncapped Sales Bonus Pool. We cannot consider overseas applications. Key Responsibilities:
* Handle inquiries and provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
* Calculate costs and book jobs using our CRM and scheduling system.
* Provide accurate quotations and engage with leads to build strong relationships.
* Meet and exceed sales targets to drive business growth.
Qualifications:
* Previous sales experience with customer communication via email and phone.
* Knowledge of the construction/roofing industry is desirable but not essential; full training and ongoing support provided.
* Proficient computer skills, including email and accurate quotation writing.
