Horticultural Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Horticultural Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading a team of horticultural professionals to deliver exceptional results in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide effective leadership and guidance to team members to ensure high-quality work and excellent customer service.
  • Ensure all horticultural operations are carried out in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Supervise and coordinate the maintenance of gardens, parks, and other green spaces, including planting, pruning, and maintenance of trees and shrubs.
  • Oversee the deployment of company health and safety procedures and ensure all team members are aware of and adhere to these procedures.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and clients to ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction.
  • Monitor and control costs, ensuring efficient use of resources and minimizing waste.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services and achieve company objectives.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a horticultural supervisory role, with a strong background in garden maintenance and management.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work.
  • Knowledge of health and safety procedures and protocols, with the ability to ensure compliance and minimize risk.
