About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Chief Operations Officer to lead our operational performance, service delivery, and organisational priorities. As a key member of our executive team, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless and efficient delivery of all operational services, from telemedicine and in-clinic care to client support services and supply chain management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead operational performance and service delivery, ensuring alignment with our organisational vision and priorities.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve patient safety, quality, and satisfaction.
  • Manage and develop a high-performing team, ensuring effective communication, collaboration, and problem-solving.
  • Collaborate with other executives to ensure our services meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and patient satisfaction.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of our organisational strategy, working closely with stakeholders to achieve our goals.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in managing operational performance with tight financial constraints, demonstrating effective budget management.
  • Experience of capacity planning and translating organisational strategy into operational objectives.
  • Significant experience in leading estates and procurement functions to deliver effective and safe care in clinic and remote settings.
  • Demonstrable experience of building, maintaining, and utilising successful relationships with all staff, especially within complex organisations.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills to meet competing priorities.
  • Able to take 'tough' decisions and calculated risks, and see required action through.
