About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Demi CDP Apprentice to join our team at Marriott Hotel. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing fresh ingredients, cooking food, and ensuring the highest standards of quality and presentation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook menu items to the highest standards
  • Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
  • Ensure the proper sanitation and cleanliness of kitchen areas
  • Support and train junior chefs in the team
  • Contribute to the development of new menu ideas and dishes

  • Level 2 Professional Cookery qualification
