Salary:
The position offers a competitive salary of £28,000 per annum.
Role Responsibilities
As the Food and Beverage Assistant Manager, you will collaborate closely with the Food and Beverage Manager to oversee the entire operation. Your responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining high standards across the team and service outlets.
- Identifying opportunities for enhancing service quality for our visitors.
- Supporting team development through recruitment and training initiatives.
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation and organizational policies.
- Setting and achieving financial objectives to boost revenue and manage costs effectively.
- Providing an induction and ongoing training in food safety and allergens, along with mentoring support.
Candidate Profile
