About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our sales team as a Sales Team Member. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide fast and friendly service to customers, helping them to find the perfect products
  • Share your passion and knowledge about our amazing products with customers
  • Work in all areas of the store, including sales floors, stockrooms, and processing deliveries
  • Take control of your own development and growth within the company

About You:

We are looking for a friendly, calm, and efficient individual who is excited about the challenge of a varied and fast-paced job. As a Sales Team Member, you will be required to work flexibly and be willing to go the extra mile to support your colleagues and customers.

What's Next:

As part of your application, you will be required to complete an online assessment. This will involve a Working with Numbers Assessment and a Retail Scenarios Assessment. Our in-store recruitment team will then review the successfully completed applications and contact those who match the job criteria closest to arrange an initial interview.
