The Role of Sales Assistant:

A key member of our sales team, the Sales Assistant will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales, and maintaining high standards of product knowledge and visual merchandising. The ideal candidate will be passionate about working with customers to enhance their shopping experience, have a strong desire to deliver sales against targets, and be able to communicate confidently with colleagues and customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To greet and engage with customers on arrival, answer their queries, and provide a personalized shopping experience.
  • To assist customers with product queries, style customers, and introduce them to multi-channel services to drive sales and build customer loyalty.
  • To maintain high standards of product knowledge, visual merchandising, and store standards to ensure a world-class customer experience.
  • To work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and maintain a positive and supportive team environment.
  • To take an active role in supporting in-store events, providing ideas and feedback on ways to improve, and maintaining sophisticated retail and visual standards to capture the customer's imagination.

Requirements:

  • Relevant customer-facing experience with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to communicate confidently with colleagues and customers.
  • Strong desire to deliver sales against targets and maintain high standards of product knowledge and visual merchandising.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and maintain a positive and supportive team environment.
