Cornucopia IT Resourcing has partnered with a leading global events and A/V technology company to find a skilled Audio Visual Manager. This role involves working with a diverse range of projects, requiring excellent organisational skills.

  • Main point of contact for clients on a day-to-day basis, providing exceptional customer service and technical support.
  • Collaborate with technicians to prepare, rig, and de-rig equipment for events within various venues, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Be available on-site for ad hoc technical issues, providing prompt and effective solutions.
  • Liaise with clients in advance of their event to develop and build sales potential, interpret technical solutions, and arrange meetings to establish their requirements.
  • Develop a database of clients who have visited the hotel/venue, proactively corresponding with them after their event to pursue future business and gain feedback on performance to improve service.
