Commercial Insurance Account Handler

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Account Handler to join our established team in Bristol. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our diverse group of public sector and government clients.
The successful candidate will work closely with our Account Executives to deliver a comprehensive insurance service, including setting up actions for contract renewal and providing support to clients. You will be the first point of contact for external queries and issues, requiring strong communication and problem-solving skills to meet client expectations.
This is a hybrid position with 2 days/week in the office, offering a great work-life balance and opportunities for career development and progression.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality and efficient service to clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Work closely with Account Executives to provide a comprehensive insurance service to existing and new customers.
- Manage client relationships, ensuring all documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
- Contribute to the development of a high company image, promoting professionalism, competence, and customer satisfaction.
- Previous account handling experience in a commercial insurance environment, with relevant technical knowledge.
- Excellent communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to work under pressure and assimilate large quantities of information quickly.
- Influencing and negotiation skills, with commercial awareness and a willingness to progress with your ACII qualification.
- Salary up to £44,000.
