Job Summary:

Spectrum Brands (UK) Limited seeks a seasoned Human Resources Manager to lead the HR department in the UK. The successful candidate will oversee HR processes and policies, manage employee relations, and drive employee development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the HR region lead to coordinate talent, recruitment, policy, and process initiatives.

  • Assist with recruiting and staffing, focusing on reducing time-to-hire and cost-per-hire.
  • Develop and implement new processes to enhance the employee experience.
  • Generate reports and data to quantify performance and skills.

Requirements:

  • Fully qualified CIPD L7 and above (or master's degree equivalent).
  • Experience in managing HR projects, including TUPE, redundancy, and complex employee relations.
  • Significant understanding of UK employment law and changing legislation.
  • Excellent leadership skills and ability to communicate effectively with all levels of employees.
  • Ability to handle conflict and perform comfortably in a changing, fast-paced environment.
