Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team at Michael Page HR. As an HR Business Partner, you will play a key role in supporting our clients' HR needs, providing strategic advice and guidance to ensure the success of their business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Reporting and Analysis: Provide HR metrics and insights to support business decision-making
  • Coaching and Development: Coach and guide managers to improve their HR skills and knowledge
  • Communication and Stakeholder Management: Communicate effectively with senior leaders and stakeholders to ensure alignment and buy-in
  • Policy Development: Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to support business objectives
  • Organizational Change: Support organizational restructuring, redundancies, and change management initiatives
  • Employee Relations: Provide guidance on employee relations matters, including ER and TUPE

Requirements

  • Experience: Proven experience in HR business partnering, organizational development, and talent management
  • Skills: Excellent communication, coaching, and analytical skills
  • Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
  • Commitment: Ability to commit to a 3-4 month contract and work 4-5 days a week
