Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Specialty Barista to join our team at our Hampstead Heath location. As a Specialty Barista, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, preparing high-quality beverages, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve high-quality specialty coffee drinks to customers
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the coffee bar and surrounding areas
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Work collaboratively with the House team to achieve sales targets and maintain a positive work environment
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Specialty Barista in a fast-paced coffee house environment
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining a high level of quality in beverage preparation
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced setting
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and weekends
