Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Barista to join our team at WatchHouse Fenchurch Street. This is a full-time 40 hours per week role, requiring Monday to Friday availability. You will be paid £13.15 per hour.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work as part of your House team, creating a vibrant and sociable place of work.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
  • Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and food, reflecting the diverse offering of our business.
  • Assist with opening and closing the site, maintaining a clean and organized environment.
  • Develop and maintain a high level of coffee knowledge, ensuring consistency and quality in every beverage.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a fast-paced specialty coffee environment.
  • Proven track record in hospitality, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team, with excellent communication skills.
  • Flexibility and adaptability, with a willingness to learn and develop new skills.
