Multi Skilled Bodyshop Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Multi Skilled Bodyshop Technician to join our team at Pybus Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for carrying out a variety of tasks within a bodyshop, including vehicle paint spraying, panel beating, and planning work and ordering parts.
Key Responsibilities- Carry out a variety of aspects within a bodyshop, including vehicle paint spraying, panel beating, and planning work and ordering parts.
- Work skillfully and safely under pressure, ensuring that all tasks are carried out to a high standard.
- Plan your workload effectively to ensure vehicles are ready to agreed timescales.
- Work as part of a team as well as on your own initiative with minimal supervision.
- Be flexible in your approach and continually work to high standards with customer satisfaction in mind.
- Ensure that all tasks carried out follow our Health and Safety guidelines, including wearing all provided Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and keeping all work areas clean and tidy.
- At least 2 years experience as an automotive Panel / MET / Paint technician.
- ATA/NVQ certification is advantageous but not essential.
- Experience in Paint Spraying / Panel Beating / Strip and Fit.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
